Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

I’ve seen this product in stores and never purchased it as it’s a little more expensive than some of the other skin care brands, however since using the sample in my glossy box my make up lasts a lot longer through out the day (I have really oily skin) even though this is a moisture cleanser it doesn’t leave me oily or with any break outs. Infact it’s actually helped to clear my skin already so i will be buying this product from now on
