Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Ok, but not a treat
I only had a little try of this. I've put it into the stash of mini items for trips away. It's fine, it's nothing special though and I think of my glossybox as for treats. It seems a bit pedestrian and in no way pampering. Similarly I dislike toiletries in my box. So yes, nice enough product but a bit like getting a mini of E45 or something, which wouldn't impress me either.
