Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

The Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser is lovely and leaves your skin feeling nice and smooth and refreshed, but it’s not something I particularly would use, but it’s a great product all the same, just not for me!
