Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

I wear a full face of makeup every day, and usually prefer products like that to wet wipes because my face feels a lot more clean after using them, but it seemed like with this product I had to use a lot of it to remove my makeup, had to rub quite hard with my face cloth afterwards to get most of it off and it left my skin feeling kind of dry. It could be that this product just doesn’t go well with my skin
