Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Cetaphil - is it worth the price?
This is the first time I’ve ever seen, used or even heard about Cetaphil. When you look at the name or the product you’re not drawn to it like other brands that use bright packaging but, it really is the actual product itself that counts. A little goes a long way, and even though there isn’t much foam to this product upon application - it really does work. I instantly felt that my skin had a good clean once used and it didn’t feel tight or itchy like some products have done (due to sensitive skin) I will most definitely purchase this again.
