Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

This cleanser is really good at removing make up, even stubborn eye make up. I've used this cleanser for a while, as I was recommended it by a dermatologist because I suffer from psoriasis so if I get patches on my face this is like the only way to remove make up without irritating it. You can use it wet or dry (just wipe it off with a tissue) and it cleanses your skin really gently, without drying your face out.
