Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

gentle cleanser
The cetaphil cleanser is great for sensitive skin, and really does leave you feeling cleaner. You can also use it without water, and it stays on the skin kind if like a light moisturiser, it's very nice.
