Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

I was so impressed by this cleanser! It really didn't look like much when I took it out of the box, however it packs a punch. It has a lovely pearlescent sheen to it, and it does such a great job of removing my makeup (even when I have my All Nighter setting spray on). I do find I need to use a little more than the "pea sized amount" recommended on the bottle to feel like my face has been covered, however this little product is one of the best cleansers I've tried. I would 100% recommend it, and I will definitely buy again when my sample runs out.
