Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

It seems to do the job, but its packaging and general tone seems very medicinal and simple. It feels like it has been shop lifted from a hospital. Again it does its job and I am sure korres good for people with allergies, it just has a medical feel to it. Looking at it, it looks like it is prescribed.
