Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

This is a lovely product to use, kind to skin and leaves it feeling soft and breathable afterwards. I would definitely consider this product as part of my skincare regime. The only thing that threw me was the packaging, to me it looked more like an item I had bought from the pharmacy rather than a high quality skin sleaner. I just didn’t find it eye catching and although they say don’t judge a book by it’s cover, which is definitely the case with this product, I couldn’t help but find it a little drab and unattractive. Sorry! 😞
