Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Useless Product
This product is marketed as a cleanser that you can use to take off makeup but it had an incredibly hard time taking my makeup off and also dried my skin out a lot as it contains alcohol. Furthermore, I dont like the play dough-like smell and using this product broke me out on several occasions. I will stick to my micellar water to remove makeup.
