Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Doesn’t cause break outs
I already use Cetaphil as I’ve done two rounds of roaccutane so need products that will deeply moisturise and hydrate my skin without causing break outs and Cetaphil is one of the few brands I’ve found that ticks every box. Only issue I find with the cleanser is that it doesn’t remove all of your make up if you usually wear a full face like me but a double cleans with something that foams usually gets rid of the rest
