Liquid shadow
I love the formulae of this, as I’m a bit obsessed with another pigment powder atm I’ve only tested this out on my hand, but will be using this one shortly in my eyes and I can’t wait as it looks dazzling and beautiful on the hand. I’d use this as a highlighter as well.
