So recently I recieved one of these patches to try in a beauty box and thrilled..... I really was x I really like trying health and wellness products as I dont suffer generally with the greatest of health! So I recently had a night out and knew I may be a little worse for wear in the morning so I slapped this on my arm....it was pretty transparent apart from a little face in the centre of it and it stuck down really well and off I went and enjoyed my night! I left in on as I slept and peeled it off when I woke up and it left a little bit of sticky residue on my skin but it was easily removed with a flannel and didnt agitate my sensitive skin at all x Did it make me feel better? Less hungover? Nope not at all in anyway shape or form x I didnt over indulge badly so I wasnt to be fair in a terrible state or anythin like that but I genuinely felt no difference sadly!

What a find. Brilliant idea for a Christmas beauty box. Used for a friends special birthday.
