Apply 3 finger lengths worth to the face and neck after moisturiser and before makeup. Apply a generous amount to the body 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Any less and it radically reduces your protection. Even sun protection with a high SPF does not grant full protection. Avoid midday sun. Reapply every 2 hours or after extensive sweating, swimming or towel drying.Keep product out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
