Using the spoolie applicator, brush the clear brow gel through clean brows in upward and outward strokes to shape and define. Apply alone for a natural, groomed look or layer over brow pencil or powder to set and lock in place. Reapply as needed for added hold and structure throughout the day.

This does what it says on the tin and keeps brows in place but I have quite sparse eyebrows so on the whole, it’s not something that works for me personally and not something I’d use. I’m still giving it 4 stars though as it does seem like it’s good at what it does.
