For every Skintine I disagree!
I have never heard of this brand before receiving this product and Im always happy to try out new brands x Now I do occasionally use a highlighter and I only own one that I actually use and its an expensive one which Im happy to pay out for because it works for me x Firstly let's talk about the packaging of this one x Im pretty sure this is like a mini travel Size and it feels cheap and for love nor money could I open it at first x No mirror or anything.....it just felt cheap x The highlighter itself is called Rose Quartz and when I saw the colour I loved it x Not a harsh white shade as many are but really its just a nice warm off pinky/beige colour and yep I liked that and thought it would actually suit me x The powder is velvety soft and smooth x I tried applying it with my fingers and with a brush and it clung to both easily and without flaking x I dont know whether the colour just isn't for me but Im incredibly pale skinned ....like a total Ivory or Porcelein skin tone and just like a vampire I dont see daylight and Im not a a sun worshipper either lol x This applied soft and smooth and did feel light on my skin x It didn't agitate my sensitive skin however that's where the good news stops x I tried to apply layer after layer but seriously I just couldn't get it to highlight enough and build up the colour! I could see it was applying but it was just wasn't giving and I can only come to the conclusion that this shade really isn't for everybody and Im one it doesn't show up on sadly! Not for me and I was very disappointed with it and will be passing on it to my best friend who has a lot darker skin than me and who worships the Sun and currently has a gorgeous tan as I do feel that this has the potential to work better for others....sadly just not me lol x
