Simply cleanse your face with warm water and pat dry. Apply the mask with your fingertips. Leave for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water and gently pat dry. Dispose of the packaging responsibly.

As someone with extremely sensitive skin I was impressed that this did not cause any flare ups. I have small dry patches on my face and this helped to soothe some of them slightly! It was easily removed and did not get stuck in my baby hairs like many masks!
