This s a fail for me. I watched the video - and it looked simple to use - it did not work for me. The pads are too small to get hold of properly. They are kind of hollow - just sewn round the outside - meaning that they are not stable - they shift and move and scrunch up as you use them. The tags are just a blooming nuisance - they just get in the way. And they seem to hold the bubbles - so you have to rinse and rinse - and then give up and get a wash cloth. I did try - for a few days kept trying - now I have gone back to the fluffy grey cloth we got a while back which is gorgeous!
