Use sparingly
I like the idea of using a pure and natural oil on my hair and face , but I found this too rich for my skin. I used it on my arms and legs but it didn't seem to absorb very well. Perhaps my skin is just not dry enough to warrant it. And a word of warning if you use it on your hair. Apply very sparingly. I was a bit heavy handed with it and ended up looking like I hadn't washed my hair in a month!
