Such a horrible January box
Such a forgettable and generally bad box. I managed to snag the December one at the same time as the January one, and I am so incredibly disappointed by everything in the January box. Love the December box, but comparing them side by side, I can definitely see glossy box only care about large campaigns to draw people in to give them rubbish. Not pleased because I was planning on continuing subscribing, but I don't think that's very wise tbh.

Paid more than the actual value of items. And this is the first time it has gotten so low.
I've been with Glossy for years, it was my first beauty box and I let it be,didn't bother with other beauty boxes. It's like my little Christmas gift every month. Usually I get great bargain compared for what I pay for( 13.50 )so I wouldn't normally complain, but this time... Mini Shower Gel, could cost me a pound or two. Exfoliating Glove - I can get the same at Home Bargains for 0.99 Oto hand balm deluxe 9.99 Eye patches - can get similar on Amazon for like a pound. And then you add another exfoliating item for new subs like it wouldn't be enough with the one you added already. So far this has been the cheapest one. Why do you focus on limited editions why not keep the oldies satisfied so we can order limited editions because we are satisfied with monthlies, instead of sending us leftovers.

Lazy thought process
I have been subscribed to glossy box since July, this has been on and off over the past few years in the hope that there would be an improvement on your product selection. The items that are selected to go into the glossy boxes are sometimes repetitive or testers of what seems like you would find in a hotel and obvious everyday toiletries that we provide for our selves. Glossy box should be a nice surprise after a hard working month, I am pretty sure 99% of people who order your glossy box are already stocked up on shower gel and exfoliator mitts, these are everyday essentials. Overall I think there needs to be a lot more thought and consideration for customers who are tied into a 12 month contract and cannot get out... clever really, get us reeled into the subscription knowing we are trapped even if we are not satisfied with the products inside, and lets face it how we going to know until we open each months box in disappointment. Roll on July!
