I like the fact that there was an eye cream that I needed so bad but I wasn’t sure which one to pick I heard a lot about the stain lipstick and I love it Aveeno it’s not one of my best friends but my husband loves it And I would change the silicon scrubber for something else But the packaging is incredible and it’s all over all worth the price !

The gift that keeps on giving!
I first tried Glossybox when I ordered the advent calendar as my Xmas gift from my husband to me :) It was brilliant! I opened from Xmas day through January and every treat inside was brilliant. The quality of all the products was very high, well known brands and some new to me, and I was surprised at the full-size products (something most other gift boxes don’t have). It’s a great way to try new things and get inspiration. My self-care routines have gone up 100% since then as put all the products to good use and feel like I’m pampering myself every day! Following that great first experience (and getting to the point where some products were finally running out) I decided to ask for the 6 month subscription for my birthday in August. So again I now get a box of wonderful goodies to look forward to each month. The quality remains high and the beautiful packaging makes it feel like your birthday every time you open the month’s goodies! This way by Xmas I can ask for another extension to my subscription and keep the enjoyment going!

I really liked this months box- I’ve seen mixed reviews but for me, it was packaged beautifully, the items were ones I would use apart from one item (personal preference). I especially liked the perfume and am going to purchase a bottle. I never understand the sweet treat that sometimes gets put in- I like skin care and makeup so I don’t think it’s necessary. For me I would prefer another tester perfume. I’m looking forward to Septembers box!

Finding some stuff I love
So from the first box I found some lipbalm and other summery stuff just in time for my holiday. The second box and July box I think, I found the paradox shampoo and conditioner **GAMECHANGER** yes it’s pricey and yes I bought 2 big bottles from Look Fantastic BUT my god, I love it. I love it soo much that I take it when I am showering and I take it when I leave the bathroom (check the price you’ll understand) the last box left me a box puzzled, I only got 4 items BUT I still liked them, loved the face cleanser so did my teenager who stole one of them (I have 2 subscriptions, greedy I know) can’t wait to see my September box 👏👏 like a wain on Xmas eve.

Disappointed
I used to get glossy box years ago, but stopped as I was saving for a house. I thought I’d treat myself to a subscription again, as I used to love the boxes. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with what I received. The box was water damaged (bubbles on the top) and the contents was : two different samples of face products, a stick on eye masks, a small hair conditioning mask, a peach fuzz razor and a lip exfoliator. Pretty sure I won’t use most of these. I was told the august box was sold out, and that I’d be getting a replacement. I hope the next boxes I receive are better, as I jumped in for a subscription.
