Disappointing
I received my box and was initially pleased upon closer inspection my opinion changed. The lip gloss I received was a different shade I understand that but it is the colour of mud ! The dandruff control scalp mask wasted no one I known has dandruff Me included. The youth mask well I'm past the youth stage ! The elemis face wash will be handy for travel and I'll try the setting spray but I agree with a previous review why complete the survey it makes no difference to the contents of the box.

This box was just perfect for me! Everything that came in it appealed to me. I regularly use Elemis so the face wash was a lush little treat! I’m a big face mask fan and I’ve been wanting to try this mask so again, perfect! I haven’t tried the setting spray yet, but a setting spray is a must for my make up so I’m excited to see how this one works with my make up!

I received my September box and was happy with the products I received, especially the full sized setting spray!!! I am really looking forward to trying the Elemis resurfacing facial wash as I have heard fantastic reviews. The reason for my 4* instead of 5* was purely down to the colour of the MUA matte liquid lipstick as it is not a good shade on me. Other than that, fantastic products!

Definitely hit & miss boxes, yes it's a true saying your not going to please everyone however when youe advertising full sized products and your replacing one of those with a sample it's a little disappointing, also you can choose to personalise your box to your needs by taking part in a small survey but I have seen absolutely no difference in the boxes as I also signed up to a subscription for my mother and ironically we always receive the same products despite being difference age/skin type/ hair colour and so on. If you are wanting to keep people in a subscription these are things that really need working on.
