This is my third box I have normally been very happy with the content of the boxes as the products have been really good this month was very disappointing all sample size and not much variety - hope next months is better or I won’t resubscribe

Really disappointed with the april box, when read the booklet the item I really wanted I didn’t get and the first 2 products I’ve tried one is good the other is a really disappointment Also from the website I was expecting the to get what is featured for new subscribers for the spring box as the shampoos in that look amazing not sure why april new subscribers get this and existing don’t, now look to me like new customers for april subscription boxes are given better product than existing subscribers time to cancel

Purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend, have done this for a 2 year period now. Overall would recommend the product as a great way to try a wide range of products without paying dearly for them. The boxes they come in are really fun and the surprise of what’s inside each month from a gift angle was a worthy investment. My only issue with this is often my delivery was way off. For the first 5 months it was on time and then it felt like my order was not being prioritised as I was receiving the box 2-3 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered.

Totally agree with this review made by another customer. I have used glossy box for over two years and feel these are samples compared to previous monthly boxes. Really quite disappointed. This is only my second glossy box but last months was better. This month is more like free samples you would pick up in boots and looking at what should be there it seems I'm also missing an item 🤔😢

This is my first Glossybox and I am so excited! I signed up for 3 months, but we all know that will be extended :) I used to buy Birchbox and this is even better because the products are full size! The only product I do not like as much is the tanning cream (but that is because I live in Spain and do not need it!). I cannot wait to get my next box!
