Our Customer Care team is always available should you ever have any questions. Subscriptions can be purchased by anyone over 18.

July Box- Cheap
I have received July's Box and the best thing about it was the box design. The contents were random did not go with the theme. Maybe something a young teen may like and that is at a push. There was nothing of value and no decent brands. The brush and nail file looked so cheap and tacky! I have been a member of glossybox for years and as of late each month is becoming more and more disappointing. I literally dread receiving my monthly box. Tried to cancel but thanks to auto renew stuck! Long goes the days of receiving nice skincare like avant etc.. and makeup. Glossybox you can do better! What is going on as late!

Used nail file and literally feel like it has damaged my (natural) nails. Thought it felt odd when first used but I ploughed on. Looked at their website and says it for acrylic nails only. GB should have made that clear. Disappointed.

really not impressed julys box is terrible. i get so exited to open my glossy box and this month was really just tat i’m really not happy glossy box. every other month is unreal but february’s and julys is not good. the best thing in there was a glitterbels nail file. it really feels anything was just chucked in. sorry glossybox

First couple of boxes a few years ago were good. Last couple of boxes, mystery box and july edition are not good. Repeat products, few items and generally nothing new or exciting. Looks like spare products have been thrown in. Very disappointing

Just disappointed now
I've become quite disappointed with Glossybox. I've been a subscriber for nearly 2 years and nothing is tailored to your skin concerns, skin colour, eye colour, hair type etc. It appeared to be in the beginning but now I have so many blushers and bronzers that are too dark for my fair skin, eyeshadow palettes where I would need a full 'going out to party' face to get away with them and sooooo many black eyeliners, even this months July box, ANOTHER black eyeliner but looking at the QR magazine there was also a brown eyeliner which would have been a nice change and more suited. I've had products replaced with something else, and even the packaging has gone down hill, the ribbon is barely wrapped around the tissue paper, the products are rattling against each other because they've been thrown in the box with the frilly paper stuffing in one corner or clumped on the top. There just doesn't seem to be any care or consideration given anymore which is quite sad really and I won't be renewing my subscription at then end of my 12 months.
