Disappointed by the November box, generally products are sample size or dirty/damaged. Nothing in this box I would purchase separately. I can get nicer beauty products that I have chosen for the same money!

The November box is disappointing!!
The November box was so disappointing to open. I’ve received better sample products while visiting certain department stores. The only item I like and can repurchase, is the eye serum. I like the primer, but I’m unable to repurchase that product. The face is literally a free sample item, the reusable cleansing pads aren’t the best, and the hairspray whilst a nice hairspray, is often only a couple of quid for the travel size can. This box feels like a rip off. The prices listed next to each product on this website are massively exaggerated. I really hope the December box will be better.

Was impressed with the face primer as it’s something I’ve wanted to try for a long time. However the face wash and the reusable face pads I thought were a bit of a flop. The face pads are not very good quality and the face wash is a free sample I could get in boots.

Not the most exciting box
I've had much better boxes, this was probably the most mediocre box I've received. I didn't get the hairspray shown, everything apart from the eye serum felt like samples. Just not the best box for me, other people might love this box. The face wash sample is such a tiny size, face pads were pointless. I gave the primer to my daughter as I don't use primers. I know my daughter likes this brand of primer. I did like the eye serum. Hopefully next month's box is better.

I found this box really disappointing, the Neutrogenia face wash is a free sample that says, Not for resale on the back, the face serum seems to be discontinued online, the hairspray can be found alot cheaper and the face pads are awful quality, the only thing worth trying is the eye serum.

Poor customer service
Received October's box with a damaged lip gloss applicator that cut my lip. Support were not very interested and after sending photos offered only a partial refund and refused to cancel my next box because it was past the cut off date, despite it being a long time before it's sent out (over a week later it still hasn't been sent out!) and their last box had literally caused injury. Also no option to look at what's in the box each month and skip it like with other beauty subscriptions.
