I like this as a glossy lipstick colour, but it didn’t do any plumping at all. I put lots on and waiting for the tingle but nothing… perhaps I misunderstood the product. My lips did look juicy from being glossy, and it’s not sticky, so that’s a bonus.

A long time ago I discovered E.L.F products however recently I have recieved a fair few in beauty boxes x Like many brands I kinda forgot about them and moved on if you will x However......... The products... and a fair few of them that I have recieved have really impressed me of late x So I was happy to recieve this to trial x This lip pen came to me in the shade Toasted x Its a cross between a colour....a balm and a plumping lip product x Firstly I love the colour and it gives a nice and even application x It isnt drying or heavy also it does give a slightly tingling feeling to my lips which is meant to give a look of plumping.....I cant see the difference personally with that at all to be honest x I do however like this colour and like the balm feeling on my lips as I have dry lips and find it really moisturising! As a lip plumping product.....no.....but I do like it and will happily use it!
