1. After shampooing and conditioning, towel-dry hair lightly.
2. Shake bottle well, then dispense two to three pumps into palm and smooth through hair, starting one inch below part and through to ends.

Great product, lovely when it’s first used and dried into my hair with hairdryer. The morning after washing my hair it was so oily and lank. I do have very fine hair.

I don't think I've used this enough times to be able to judge efficiently. But after a couple of times I can say it leaves my hair soft and it definitely looks better after use, than it does without. Although I'm not quite wowed.
