1. After shampooing and conditioning, towel-dry hair lightly.
2. Shake bottle well, then dispense two to three pumps into palm and smooth through hair, starting one inch below part and through to ends.

It's a little meh
I can't say I've noticed any difference in my hair from using this. I take it with me when going to aqua aerobics as afterwards my hair can feel quite dry and damaged but i cant say this has improved the quality of my hair. It smells nice but there's better products on the market for a better price.

I like other color wow products, but really wasn't impressed with this one. I applied to damp hair in the evening and let it air dry. When I brushed my hair the next morning it felt awful like there was a lot of residue in my hair, almost sticky and I didn't use that much
