2. Shake bottle well, then dispense two to three pumps into palm and smooth through hair, starting one inch below part and through to ends.

I was so excited to try this product, having read many positive things about the brand! Depends on hair type.
I have thin hair and used this and although my hair felt conditioned I could still feel the product in my hair so next time I would use less. My daughter on the other hand has thick hair and she curls it a lot. She loves this product!
