1. After shampooing and conditioning, towel-dry hair lightly.
2. Shake bottle well, then dispense two to three pumps into palm and smooth through hair, starting one inch below part and through to ends.

It was hard ro fully review this as I dont have coloured hair however I did notice my hair felt much softer and looked alot healthier as soon as I used it. Definitely will bw re buying this.
