Formulated with our Barrier Lipids, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (Vitamin A) and Squalane, this light oil supports a healthy microbiome by safeguarding the skin barrier- giving you all the benefits of a retinol treatment with none of the drawbacks.

Not for me
Love Byoma but unfortunately this didn’t soak into my skin and I had to remove it to put my make up on. I do however use it now at night which feels very soft

Lightweight & absorbs easily!
This Byoma Sensitive Retinol Oil came in my September Subscription Glossybox, I was so happy to get an item included by Byoma that I wanted to try after hearing others talk about this! The oil smells nice, is lightweight on the skin and absorbs quickly leaving a fresh looking face. I am not a new retinol user but I may be buying this brand’s retinol oil again!

Very oily
Was a little disappointed with this, it was thin and oily, didn’t feel nice in my skin and just sat in my skin. I kept wiping the oil away sometime later, although it wasn’t cheap, it felt like a cheap serum on the skin unfortunately.

Good starter serum
For younger skin this is a good starter serum. However it wasn't really affective on my more mature skin.
