I didn't find that this product did much. It seems very focussed on people who have issues with dry hair. My hair is very thick and goes frizzy sometimes, but instead of helping this, it just made it look greasy and unclean. I can see how it would benefit someone with dry hair but sadly for me, I found no benefit to the product.
