4Lovely eyeliner, good deep black colour. The pencil itself is a little wobbley, you to be careful it doesnt fall out of the actual pencil.

Lovely Liner
3I'm not usually one to use an eyeliner on the water line, usually just liquid liner on the lid! but this was lovely, the formula was soft! and didn't irritate my eye! lovely product!
