No Ta to tea
Tea is something I don't drink, evedr, period. I let my 10 year old try it, she spat it out " too herby". Down the drain it went. I have stashed the second bag in case a visitor may try it.

Not worth it
Too much going on and does not taste nice at all. Pukka make some good teas but this just isn’t it

Calming yes taste is horrid definetley a no unless fame mabey in tablet form etc

Pukka tea
Wow! I was sceptical in the beginning when I read about Pukka"s night time tea, however, I really liked the taste, and how pleasant the tea was. I did find myself feeling more relaxed and I even added a little honey and that was really nice. If you have had a hard day, get your Pukka night time tea draw a bath and prepare to sink into some well deserved you time.

Slept all night!
I was sceptical about this "sleepy tea", but I had it just before bed. I fell asleep soon after getting into bed and had a really deep sleep, and didn't wake up the entire night! It definitely works with helping you sleep. Only downside I have is, as someone that doesn't like the smell/taste of lavender, the flavour of lavender was very strong. But fine if you do like lavender.

Surprisingly impressed
I thought teabags were another sales technique. I wasn’t impressed and skeptical of the teas but after trying the 2 I did find my sleep was better and I fell asleep much quicker. I’ll definitely buy a whole box in the futureÂ

Sweet
I tried the tea and found it very sweet which I wasn't expecting. It has a distinctive aroma which I found good. I don't know how much it affected my sleep but it was a good cup of tea.
