4I use this for the bottom of my eye under the lashes. It’s easy to apply and nice and thin.. I do like a waterproof eyeliner and I still think Rimmel waterproof is the best.

4Great quality eyeliner, wore and didn't smudge! Can't mention if it's long lasting as I haven't been wearing make up all day just trying it on. Would definitely recommend as this is a pure black liner
