4Only tried a weeks supply, unsure if hair is any better ( I have thick corse curly hair), but skin definitley improved after 3 days.

Yummy little vits
5These are adorable and taste great. I'm always apprehensive when trying chewable bits, but these cute little smiley stars smelt so delicious on opening and tasted sooo good. Admittedly I prefer to sick them until dissolved as they are squishy. Only been 5 days but I have noticed my hair isn't quiet shredding as much and has more shine. Maybe a week trial size isn't long enough to commit to the price of the months supply but I'm ready to chance it.

Tastes nice but can't see any change
3After taking the vitamins for a week I saw no change in my hair, skin or nail condition. They taste nice but I won't be repurchasing

3I liked the taste of the vitamins but I found them a pointless item to be honest. Results in two weeks but only one week supply...no good to me. Liked them never the less.

Good taste
3So tried a travel package for a week and could not see the difference, think it should have more time. But if it works I like the idea, and everything is so cute the bottle the gummies and the colour. Also you want to eat more than 2 a day!
