3Removes makeup yes, but then I don’t wear waterproof eye makeup. Sad to see another eye makeup remover, especially as it’s always for sale in bargain stores. Also has a strange smell

3Really good product removed my waterproof mascara no problems. Only issue I had was it just smelt really strong and not nice smelling but does the job so no complaints. and easy to use.
