If using as a soap cleanser:
- Gently massage the product onto wet skin, then rinse off under warm running water
- The skin should then be patted dry with a soft towel
If using as a daily moisturiser:
- Apply gently to the skin in one direction

Awful medical smell, however, if you get past this then this product is absolutely amazing for people with sensitive skin. I am allergic to nearly all face creams but this is an absolute life safer! 10/10

Not at all luxurious when compared against most items you get in your Glossybox BUT I don't think that's Cetraben's target audience anyway. This cleansing cream is very mild and is supposedly good with eczema, however I have contact dermatitis on my face and this did nothing to help it and actually irritated it even more. When using it I had to avoid these areas on my face and had to switch to only using it as a moisturiser to avoid the product from making contact with certain areas of my face.

I got this a substitute to other product glad I got it as I needed it when my hands were getting really dry with all this hand washing regimen due to COVID it made my skin super softÂ

This cream was great, especially when the pandemic started and all out hands became so dry from.constant washing (especially me as a nurse) it quickly provided a deep moisture and helped with the dry cracked hands, only negative was that it stays greasy on your hands
