I wasn't too excited for this as I thought it was overpriced and I hate the smell of bergamot however, I used it and immediately it softened my hair. Not long before using it I had severely damaged my hair through bleaching. I used this and it softened my hair when wet. When it dried, it felt like salon hair and I adored the smell. The scent is very floral but very very subtle. Unbelievable condtioner
