How does the GLOSSYBOX referral scheme work?
The referral scheme is our way of rewarding loyal Subscribers when you introduce friends and family to GLOSSYBOX. This is how to use it:
- Log into your GLOSSYBOX account and go to "Your Referrals" .
- Look for your unique referral link, copy this and send it to your friends and family, or post the link directly to your social media by clicking one of the icons.
- Alternatively you can simply share your unique code and the new customer will be asked to enter this code when they create their account.
- Once your friend has used your link or code to purchase a subscription, we will add up to £15 to your account.
How long does it take to receive my Glossy Credit reward?
Glossy Credit will be awarded within 24 hours after the dispatch of your friend's first box in their subscription.
How much Glossy Credit will I receive?
You will receive £5 of Glossy Credit for every friend who you refer, no matter which subscription plan they purchase!
Will my Glossy Credit expire?
Your Glossy Credit will expire after 12 months.
Can my friend still use the referral scheme if they've had a GLOSSYBOX subscription before?
The referral scheme is for new customers only. If your friend has purchased from GLOSSYBOX before, they will not be able to use the discount and you will not be eligible to earn Glossy Credit.
I've referred someone, how do I know whether they subscribed and whether I've got a reward?
If someone successfully uses your referral code to subscribe, you will receive an email from us and we will let you know how much Glossy Credit you have earned.
Where should my friend enter the referral code?
When a new customer joins GLOSSYBOX, they will see a space to enter the referral code on the registration page. Only 1 referral code can be used per new customer.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No! There is no limit, you can refer as many friends as you like and we will reward you with Glossy Credit for each successful new subscriber!
