I'm very impressed
5This is the first time I have ever used a capsule-based supplement for hair and skin, and I have to say that I'm very impressed. My skin complexion is beautiful, just 15 days in, and it's soft and feels more moisturised. I've had less irritated skin, most noticeably a few days after shaving. My hair feels great, voluminous and thick, and I am no longer experiencing dryness of the scalp which has always been the bane of my existence. I wish these were more affordable, but they are still worth the price and great value regardless!

Felt a difference quickly!
4I felt a different in my skin quickly. I suffer from deep bags under my eyes which have improved significantly since taking these.

Amazing results!
5Since taking these tablets properly I have noticed so many changes in my skin! It’s softer and less spotty/blotchy. And although I don’t have wrinkles yet, the fine lines are definitely treated! I’ve also got more on order as at The moment boots have a 3 for 2 offer on all their vitamins! I’m so glad I actually took the time and effort to see out the cycle of these!

Not the result I expected
4This product is marketed to treat fine lines and wrinkles. I didn’t see and really noticeable effect on my skin, however, I did notice a difference in my hair. My hair is very fine and brittle since having children and since taking the supplement the hair that has grown recently looks and feels much stronger and looks healthier. This is promising since my hair just breaks off at the moment. I would be interested to see if I kept taking the supplement over a few years if my hair improved overall, however, it would take many boxes so would not really be affordable at full price.Â

Liked them but I'm lazy
3Whilst I love the idea of these I'm too lazy to take them religiously or to repurchase once they run out. I think I'd need a longer course to tell if they actually worked as I'm not sure a short burst is enough with your hair / skin cycles.

Horse tablets
1These tablets are HUGE and hard to swallow. I noticed no difference after taking them for a month. You'd be better off eating some fruit.

Vitamin
4Probably a bit too soon to see results but I'm happy so far. Love the packaging. Even the vitamins are a very pretty colour. Informative information included.
