Lovely scent
5Smells wonderful lovely lavender smell which instantly makes you feel relaxed. Not sure how well it helped me sleep but definately helped make me relax. Even used this on my eldest daughter who loved the smell.

Didn’t work for me
3I like the idea of a sleep mist but this one didn’t seem to work for me. The scent is subtle and very nice but I saw no improvement in my sleep.
