Subtle
5The fragrance is subtle but I have to admit it is effective. I like how it can be spritzed on the face (never had a sleep must you could do this with before). Really nice relaxing scent that wasn't overpowering and did the job off sending me into a slumber.

Nice smell
4This is nice and smells lovely but I never have trouble sleeping so not sure if it helps! Nice smell though and I would recommended if someone needed a sleep aid

Lovely sleep mist
5Fabulous lavender smelling sleep mist has a light aroma not too harsh like some sleep sprays just nice. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to friends and family to buy this

Sleep time!!
5From a chronic insomniac I love this! I'd never tried a pillow spray but was happy to try anything. The mist smells incredible. Spraying it onto my pillow leaves the pillow feeling fresh and smelling awesome. I wouldn't say it helps me sleep more. I still sleep badly. But it helps me to get to sleep and switch off. Something I often struggle with.
