3I have insomnia so it was never going to work for me, however my mom seemed to like it. Didn't necessarily help her sleep but the smell was quite relaxing

gorgeous scent
5i use sleep mists every night and this is one of my faves. The smell is gorgeous and very soothing. I woke up feeling more refreshed so it works for me !
