Missing items too
2I also didn't receive the Philosophy cleanser or the Starskin eye patches. I loved the hand cream and the soap was tiny but smells lovely. If all the items shown were in my box I'd say it was great value but I feel ripped off now! I have actually cancelled my subscription now as I only use about half of the items I'm sent and there are better value boxes from other companies.

Poor effort!
1Yet another hand cream. A box of free samples basically. One item missing. They get worse. Cannot wait until my subscription ends!Â

2I normally love my monthly surprise goodie boxes, however this month I was really disappointed 😞. Felt products were all so little and I was missing 2 items , box was really empty

Disappointed
2I am an absolute fan of glossybox and never been this disappointed. I feel like there has been too many tiny products and the quality has gone downhill. I hope it gets better next month as I really was gutted.
