Missing a product
2A little bit disappointed with this box...only got 5 products when it was meant to be 6! Also miniature bb cream was a light and I've got olive skin and got a white nail varnish which will prob never wear! Felt a bit ripped off and wasn't worth the money if same next month definatly cancelling

Mascara issues
3Really enjoyed this month's box. Moisturiser is absolutely brilliant!! Unfortunately the mascara I received has leaked

the way forward
5I've heard about the glossy box and thought really what a waste of money lil samples of things nobody else wants how wrong I was amazing items for as lil as 8+ pounds really its such a treat getting a beautiful box at the beinng of the month a way of treating yourself without busting the bank balance and to try items you may have never bought fallen in love already !!!

Miss the Product Card
3Great glossybox, great design box, but I can't find the product card on the website, and then you inserted a card with a sneak peek from November. Please can we have the card back in the box, or email it to the Glossybox users!
