Great design rubbish contents
1I was hoping to love this month's box. The actual box is beautiful but I received a load of rubbish this month. The only ok product was the mudmasky. I had bright orange pawpaw balm..Highlighter, again. wrong facemask unsuitable for my skin type ☹️. The eyeshadow palette is rather bland and definitely not good enough quality to warrant the RRP. The PR boxes seem to be better quality the standard ones. I don't think this is acceptable. I realize I sound like a right moaner, but this is the worst box you have sent me ☹️

Love at first sight
5Wow! First ever Glossy box and I am in love! The packaging was so pretty I was team Zebra! 🦓 I was super impressed with the products inside, I suffer dry lips all year round so the eos balm was a match made in heaven. The day I received my box I had a lockdown pamper night with the face mask and Mudmasky ♥️ I have signed up for the 12 month subscription I love to so much and have a super exciting treat to look forward to each month. Thank you Glossybox!

Lovely theme and packaging ... box a bit meh
3First off I was missing an item - a face mask - so had to contact customer services - they are sending something out. I was disappointed that there was another lip balm as we got that last month - and I don’t tend to use them. The mint one I received was okay and smelt good though. I loved the eyeliner - I got the purple one - this should be great for a night out (when that happens again) I wasn’t enamoured with the hair mask/shampoo - I’ve received this brand before but with face cream and masks and I loved them so I was disappointed with the hair shampoo. It didn’t lather very well and I couldn’t get on with it as a shampoo so o would just use as a mask. Eyes shadow palette was gorgeous - would use this a lot.
