Not impressed.
1Bit disappointed in my first box. The primer was good, but a minuscule sample! The jelly pong pong mascara is dreadful - flakes off everywhere! The fragrance and shower cream sachets were ok (not my style of scent), and the nail polish was electric blue, which again wasn't for me. All in all, there was nothing in there I would chose to use, sadly. Had I received the Caudalie Divine oil, I would have been really happy (I love that product). And I would have preferred the more luxe branded items. Keeping my fingers crossed the June box is better, otherwise l'll not renew the subscription.

Amazing first box
5Wondering what I've missed out on over the last two years. Really impressed with my first box....it offers such good value for money. Loved the caudalie oil, l'occitane moisturiser and mascara especially. Excited for June's box!

FIRST BOX
3This was my first GlossyBox and as it was the 2nd Birthday box I didn't really think it was anything special to be honest. I think after all the hype my expectations were quite high. Don't get me wrong, the box was still lovely, I guess I just expected a little more! The packaging was absolutely beautiful though, so I was very pleased with that. In my box I received: Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes Mascara (Black) L'Occitane Moisturising Cream Caudalie Divine Oil Beautiful Movements Prime & Create Mixing Medium Bellapierre Cosmetics Super Gloss (Raspberry) The Jelly Pong Pong Mascara was very good, although I didn't think it was anything special. It was better than the mascara I use at the moment, which is just a regular drug store mascara by Miss Sporty. It did make my eyes stand out more than any other mascara I've used so I probably would use it again. But I don't think I would be willing to pay the RRP for it, so probably would only buy it on sale or something. Overall I did like it and I will carry on using it until it runs out. The L'Occitane Cream was also pretty mediocre, I've only used it twice and each time it's been fine but that's all. I wouldn't pay £30 for a full sized one as it's no different to any other cream I've used. Smells nice though! I've not used the Caudalie Oil yet so can't comment much but it smells absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to try it in the bath! I used the Mixing Medium as a face primer and it's a lot smoother than my other primer. I haven't tried that many face primers before (probably about 2 or 3 altogether) and all of them have always made my make up look a bit flaky after application. This one didn't do that at all and was very good. Although it doesn't make my face/make up look any different to usual. I would probably buy the full sized one but I'd have to try it out a few more times first as I've only used it once so far. The only downside was that it was just so tiny! I would have liked to have had one slightly bigger so that I could really try it out and make a proper decision on it. But overall I liked it a lot and I would use it again. As for the Lipgloss, I was a little disappointed at first because it's not usually a colour I would go for (Dark Purple) I'm usually into more brighter colours and I never wear lipgloss! But I tried it anyway and it looks lovely on and it's not as dark as it looks either. It was a lot nicer to apply than any other lipgloss I've used before and not sticky or really thick like most other lipglosses. I probably won't use it a lot as I much prefer lipstick to lipgloss but it's nice to have to wear when you fancy something different. Also in the box I received some GlossyBox nail files which I haven't tried yet but they look fabulous! I'm very much looking forward to the June box and hoping it's a little better than this one as it would have been nice to get some hair products and a nail polish in my box rather than a few mediocre things that I probably won't try again.

First Box and really pleased
5What a lovely treat to come home and find some goodies to try. I really love the Mascara and I'm gradually working my way through the rest. Looking forward to painting my toe nails a summer blue tonight. Very excited about my next one arriving already.

IT WAS GOOD BUT , NOT THE BEST
3I did like the products in the Glossybox such as the nail vanish and hair protecting spray but I don't think it was great I am hoping that the next box will be much better

My First Glossybox
5This was my firs glossy box and just what I expected. I got a full size mascara, some samples. nail varnish and even some nail files :) Loved it!! Cant wait for my next one!!

disappointing
2my cousin raved about glossy box,, a tad disappointed,, didn't expect samples which you receive free in large stores,,, nail files you receive free in hotels, nail varnish , nude, would never wear it, did like the day moisturizer and oil, also samples of fleur de figuier, mascara was nice. do different people receive nicer more expensive items ? love make up and beauty products so will not cancel, maybe this was just a blip as first order ??? don't really want to receive free sample hand outs you can get in any large retail store,, but don't want to sound negative either,,, appreciate the products are very expensive in store, so £10 + pp isn't the end of the world !!

First box and I'm happy!
4This box was a trial, I have seen a few friends and bloggers mention glossy box so I though I will get one month and if I like it I'll keep it...well I am keeping my subscription that's for sure :) I received 3 full sized products that's well worth more that the subscription & the mini nail files made for a nice addition! Thank you GlossyBox can't wait for June's :)
