1I'm really surprised to see only 5 star excellent comments on the site. It doesn't seem to reflect the general consensus on social media. Has anyone else found this? I signed up to glossybox initially expecting new or high end products that you can get excited about, sample and choose to invest in rather than making expensive mistakes. This doesn't seem to be the case any more, paring down more and more to only 4 products and getting more in the realms of drug store. I've unsubscribed now because I didn't think it was good value and your customer service team made my face sad when I tried to change a delivery address, apparently 3 weeks notice wasn't enough and no option to collect even though my offices are round the corner! I was met with some blunt unapologetic emails. Goodbye glossybox!
