1This is my first ever Glossy Box and as you can imagine, I'm pretty excited. Firstly, I did some extensive research into the best beauty boxes and Glossybox had many good reviews and youtube videos of girls receiving full sized products. It got to January 31st - no box. I email your CS team and another has been sent out to me. OK I think, January is a busy time. I will forgive you. My box is received Mid January. Not too pleased but I am nevertheless still very excited. Box received at work. Stunning packaging. I open it amongst my other female colleagues and I was so embarrassed. ALL sample sized products and I mean 30ml or less. What are you guys playing at, I could have got these free stuck on a magazine or in a department store? I trawl through the internet to find if anyone else had received the same box. Only one other girl on youtube who was equally as disappointed. I mean really really tiny bits of products... Some mineral power around 5ml, Eye Cream 5ml, Body Cream 30ml, Exfoliant 30ml and Sachet of face mask. How are we supposed to test the products when we literally use if for a day or two and it's gone? I have recently received my second box and I wasn't that impressed either. If March follows in the same way, I am for sure un-subscribing. Rachel
